Toner Cartridges

All cassettes are tested for quality according to ISO standards during manufacture. Thus, we guarantee that our toner cartridges do not deviate from the way the original cartridges were manufactured.

We grant a 24-month warranty on the cartridges and toner containers, and a 6-month warranty on the drum sets – provided the product is used and stored normally. Furthermore, we guarantee a 3-fold increased capacity and consistent print quality compared to the original standard toner cartridges.

Our products are guaranteed to be delivered free of defects. Opening the goods obliges you to buy them.

Should defects nevertheless occur (with normal use), please always contact our customer service by telephone in advance.

We will, of course, bear the costs for the corresponding replacement. To do this, we need a written explanation of the defects, attached printouts in the event of quality defects, and the product in its original packaging.
In the case of used toner cartridges and improper handling, there is no entitlement to compensation.

Should one of our products damage the customer’s printer/copier during normal handling, we will reimburse the repair costs.

If the repair is not possible, we will replace the damaged printer/copier with the same or equivalent device. In any case, the customer service must be contacted in advance.
